I'm Dean Commodore, better known online as DIY Dad. I'm based in Ipswich, and for the last few years I've been showing 900,000+ people across Instagram and TikTok how to actually fix things around the house.

It started as #DadShowedMe: the basic home jobs nobody sits you down and teaches you. It turned into a following of renters, first-time buyers and anyone tired of paying someone else £300 to unblock a drain.

I'm into garden and interior design too. On camera I work with tool and lifestyle brands who want their products and services in front of people who'll actually use it. Now booking media, radio, speaking engagements and brand work.
